The Original Log Cabin Homes has developed the most customer friendly purchase plan available. Here are the details: Once you have decided on a model you can simply place a 10% deposit down. This will lock-in your price and your materials package for up to 36-months. There are no interest charges, no monthly fees or payments and most of all we make it easy for you to start your journey. This plan provides you the option of taking delivery anytime up to three years from the order date. Log Cabin Homes requires a minimum of 45 days notice prior to the date you wish to take delivery. At that time you will simply bring your balance up to 50% and we will collect the remaining balance upon delivery. This plan allows you the time to secure land, finalize financing and start your preparations to receive you Log Home Package.
